James and I made our first 2 attempts at smoking some Spring Salmon he caught last summer in the Bradley!
We made a brown sugar and maple syrup brine with a fireweed honey glaze!
The first run turned out pretty good but we knew it needed work so I called over a good friend Doug Stevens and got that smoker dialled in!
Edgar and Emma supervised and tested the whole way!
