Raise a glass to your favourite local distiller because today is World Whiskey Day!🥃🥃🥃

It takes a lot of grit, timing and patience to produce a barrel of whiskey. It’s a craft you need to perfect, but by the time it runs out of the still into the barrel thousands of dollars are already spent, and it still has to sit for another three years minimum👌
I can’t wait until our local distillery @antidotedistillingco first taste in a couple of years!🥃🥃🥃

We bought a new commercial fridge with twice the space so that means more room for local eggs, kombucha, sodas, micro-greens and cheese as soon as later next week!
That means the old fridge had to go so I called our neighbour Calvin at The Alberni Foundry and within 10 minutes it was on his lift truck and gone!💪🖕🏼

The Alberni Foundry is there for all your metal recycling needs and you can even get cash back 💰💰💰 You can also buy metal there if you’re looking for a certain piece for a project he may have what you need!👌

Sometimes you just got to roll with the punches!😂😂😂
I got a little excited and tried to get out of my shop by myself, it turns out that was a big mistake.🫏 On the bright side though it’s not every day you have a shitty old boat to prop yourself up against while you wait for help!😎
I’ve wiped out everywhere, the worst was when it happened at the front entrance to Woodgrove Mall and my pants fell clean off😅

Anyways, I hope I made you smile this morning and we’re open 10-5:30 every day!
