- Full grain mustard made using Liquid Tuxedo schwarzbier (dark lager) from New Tradition Brewing in Comox, and backed with a little honey - you get a burst of spicy and sweet flavour when you bite into the seed!
- Best used with charcuterie, in salad dressings, and in sauces.
